Urgent Closure of: Honey Knob Hill (Part), Kington St Michael
WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 3rd February 2025, the following length of road shall be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out urgent Bobcat Patching works and other associated works.
Honey Knob Hill (Part), Kington St Michael; from its junction with Grove Lane to its junction with Grove Lane North East.
Alternative route: via Honey Knob Hill (Unaffected length), C154, C72, Kington Lane, Stanton Lane, Honey Knob Hill (Unaffected length) and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
These works will commence on Monday 3rd February 2025 and are anticipated to be required for 1 day between the hours of 9am and 4pm. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 5 days.

emporary Closure of: Paddock End, Kington St Michael (Ref: TTRO 10094)Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
Paddock End, Kington St Michael; from its junction with Honey Knob Hill [they mean the main street!!] for its entire length.
To enable: Gigaclear to carry out blockage clearance works and other associated works.
No alternative route is available. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
This Order will come into operation on Wednesday 5th March 2025 and the closure will be required between the hours of 8am and 6pm for 2 days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
