About Us
In May 2008, KSM Netball Club was established by a group of mums keen to start playing recreational netball on a regular basis.
KSM Netball Club’s motto is fun and friendly fitness…!
We are an inclusive, enthusiastic and friendly club, all keen to improve our netball skills whilst enjoying the games that we play.
The Club includes members of all age and ability – ladies who have never played before, those returning to netball after many years and some more experienced players.
***** LOOKING FOR FUN AND FRIENDLY FITNESS...? NEW MEMBERS from our community in Kington St Michael are welcome to join us in the coming Summer Season. For more information about KSM Netball Club please contact Michaela George (Secretary): ksmnetballclub@hotmail.com

KSM Netball Club is now on Facebook.

Training Sessions
Each session consists of warm-up exercises and skills training, followed by match play.

NEWS & EVENTS

2024
March: New players welcome - any ability.
Our club is reaching out for new members to come join us for some fun and friendly fitness.  All fitness levels and any ability, we are a really friendly club, and there’s no obligation to join one of our league teams - the club has teams in both the Rock Up League and the Calne Social League, so there are plenty of opportunities for those with more competitive streaks too.  We really do have a great mix of players of all ages 18+.
First session free, so come along and try out your netball skills.  Then £6 per session or £30 per 6-week block. 1½ hours of coached netball with England Netball qualified coaches and umpires - with plenty of opportunity for match play during the session.  Training in the Dome every Thursday (we break for school holidays). If you want to come along this Thursday, message our Facebook page facebook.com/ksmnetballclub or email ksmnetballclub@hotmail.com.

September:
Our friendly village netball club continues to thrive.  We are delighted to have received further sponsorship recently, from The Jolly Huntsman, which will contribute to equipment and coaching fees.  A huge thankyou to the pub for its continued support.

The club has teams playing in Chippenham Rock Up Social League on Wednesdays, as well as matches in the Calne Social Netball League on Monday nights.

We train in the Chippenham Dome (near Chippenham Sports Club) on Thursday evenings, 8pm-9pm.  We welcome new members with one free session, and have a range of experience and abilities.  There is no pressure to play in matches - come along for fun and friendly fitness!

If you are interested in giving it a go please contact Alice Rymill - alicerymill@btinternet.com.

KSM Netball Club would like to thank The Jolly Huntsman for continuing its sponsorship of the team for another year, as they work towards retaining their place in the first division of the Moonraker league.

2016
KSM Netball Club was pleased to finish as runners up in Division 2 of the Moonraker netball league this season. It looks likely that we will be promoted back up to Division 1 when the league starts back in September. Well done to all our players!

2015

June: KSM Netball club would like to thank the Book & DVD Recycling Scheme for its £50 donation, which will go towards the cost of court fees.

May : KSM Netball Club is still going strong.  We are currently training at Sheldon School in Chippenham.  We still maintain our ethos of fun and friendly fitness whilst also supporting members who relish the challenge of playing more competitively in the Moonraker League, which is held in Devizes during autumn and spring.  The team currently plays in Division 1 and has two more matches this season against Chippenham B and Westbury.  We've had some close games and three well deserved wins this season with a relatively new combination of players.
New members are always welcome. Please contact ksmnetballclub@hotmail.com if you would like a free trial.
